Accessing Documents from the App
When trying to view a PDF downloaded from the Documents section, it asks for a password
Some Apple users have encountered difficulties when opening downloaded documents via the mobile app.
If you are using an Apple device, the default application for opening PDFs is Apple Preview. A known issue with this function may cause the document to lock when you attempt to edit or open it.
To avoid this, try opening the PDF using an alternative application such as Adobe Acrobat or Google Chrome. In Google Chrome, you can open the document, make any necessary edits, and re-download the edited version.
