Mass Messaging: Send a Pre-Set Message

How to create a standard message and save the template for future use, to click-and-send whenever you need

Some administrators may have standard messages they need to send regularly, or maybe there is specific messaging that needs to be sent for specific incidents or events. Administrators can create and save these messages under the Pre-Set section, so they are ready and available for when they need to be sent.

How to create and save a message 

Step 1:

  • Follow the same steps 1 and 2 to creating a message from blank. Refer to this article if you wish to revisit how to do this: Mass Messaging

Step 2:

  • When composing the message, click on the Save Scenario button in the top right corner. A green confirmation will pop up if confirmed saved.

  • You can now close the window if you do not wish to send the message template at this time.

How to access and send saved messages

  • Click Send Pre Set button on the messaging tab and all saved scenarios will show.
  • You can now click Send if the message template is ready to send as it currently is.
  • If you require some Edits before-hand, click Edit. You can now navigate to add/remove recipients, edit the content of the alert or responses and Send!
