Admin: Reset a User's Password

How to reset a user's password in Solace Secure as an administrator.

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate from Map View to the Administration Area
  2. Click on the link "Users"
  3. Enter the user's email/name in the search field
  4. Once found, click "View"
  5. Click "Edit"
  6. Click Send Welcome Email

A green confirmation pop up will appear to confirm the welcome email has been resent to the user. This will help to reset their password.
