Admin: Reset a User's Password
How to reset a user's password in Solace Secure as an administrator.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate from Map View to the Administration Area
- Click on the link "Users"
- Enter the user's email/name in the search field
- Once found, click "View"
- Click "Edit"
- Click Send Welcome Email
A green confirmation pop up will appear to confirm the welcome email has been resent to the user. This will help to reset their password.
