How to use the reporting module in Admin View
You are able to administrate reports in this index area. Under My Favourites, you can view all Favourite reports and the schedule set against them if they are active.
Unselecting a Favourite report by clicking the star, will remove this report from the Map View of the Analytics tool. From here, you can also view the “Details” of these reports or choose to “Run Now”, you can also “Copy” an existing report, whether it is a Favourite report or one that has been shared to you by another administrator and add or remove Criteria and Output Fields to customize an existing report.
Under the “My Reports” tab, you can view, edit, schedule or run all custom setup reports. Selecting the Favourites star here will add your custom report to the favourites list in Map View.
The Shared Reports tab is where all existing Favourite reports can be found and re-added to the Favourites list. Any reports from other administrators in your company and shared to you can also be found here.
The “Active Schedules” tab allows easy access to update a schedule for a report or switch it off altogether. This can be done by selecting the “Details” button and next “Report Schedule.” Thereafter, follow the step-by-step process through the Edit or Delete functions.
The “Delivery History” tab is helpful to record all reports that have been delivered from the platform on a scheduled basis.
