How to use forgot password when logging in to the web platform

1. On the login page for Solace Secure enter your username and click "Continue". (Your username will be in an email format.)

2. You will then see the link to click "Forgot your password?"

3. After clicking, you will see the option to "Send password reset"

4. Select this option. 

5. The welcome email will be sent to your email with a secure link to reset your password.
